What NeuroThrive does

Practical, evidence-informed coaching that builds real skills

We help young people develop the executive functioning skills — focus, planning, organisation and self-regulation — that make everyday life and learning feel more manageable. Coaching adds real, practical skills to help aid reintegration into education, and every plan is tailored, respectful and outcome-focused.

A mobile coaching unit is available to bring sessions to your setting, and our Pets As Therapy dogs help young people feel calm, safe and ready to engage.

What people say

Trusted by parents and professionals

Feedback from the families and professionals we work alongside.

We have seen a new confidence in Noah, and he hasn't been anxious about the exams — James has played a big part in this. Our only regret is that we didn't find you sooner.
ParentParent of a coached young person
James has an empathetic and calm approach with neurodiverse children. I have rarely seen anyone who understands children with such depth. I would highly recommend his coaching — he even helped me see things differently.
SENCOSpecial Educational Needs Coordinator
James has an excellent approach with neurodiverse children and is able to help them understand themselves and how to function with their peers, families and in social settings.
